Reflection.

The artifact above is a research paper I wrote that talks about the effects of video gaming on the gray matter in the brain. I liked writing this paper because I learned some interesting positive effects video gaming has on your brain. For instance, if you are age 55 to 75 you may want to consider gaming because it can help cognitive abilities and even help prevent Alzheimer's disease! If there were something I could change about this paper it would be adding additional content from more sources to back up the information. You can never have enough sources. This piece will help me on future paper's because it is proof that I understand APA format and can write very well.
